Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, cultivate, steward, and solicit (when appropriate) a portfolio of corporate and foundation donors.
  • •Set vision, strategy, and plans to cultivate the donor portfolio and maximize revenue for the organization.
  • •Identify, pursue, and secure new funding to grow and diversify corporate and foundation fundraising streams.
  • •Lead development operations including portfolio reviews and progress checks; maintain donor/prospect activity in Salesforce.
  • •Partner with leadership to translate regional priorities into a focused case for support and participate in regional engagements.

Salary: USD 106,100 - 139,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 7+ years of related experience in a development and fundraising context.
  • •Track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious goals as a donor portfolio manager.
  • •Highly skilled relationship builder with experience across a donor portfolio.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce grant proposals and reports.
  • •Experience stewarding a diverse portfolio across funding streams, including grant writing and reporting.
