Key Responsibilities

  • •Own programme management for partnerships workstreams feeding the Group AI programme, building/maintaining plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs and financials.
  • •Run programme governance and reporting, preparing status reporting, steering and programme board submissions with a single view of progress, risk and value.
  • •Interface across workstreams by managing dependencies, escalating blockers, and ensuring partnership commitments, timelines and benefits are reflected consistently.
  • •Support the Director with strategy development and execution through analysis, option development, recommendations, roadmaps and tracking measurable outcomes.
  • •Drive leadership operating rhythm and team matters, including agendas/materials, decision/action follow-through, onboarding and internal communications.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder programmes or workstreams, including planning, dependencies, risk management, governance and reporting.
  • •Ability to structure ambiguous problems, conduct rigorous analysis, and develop clear, decision-ready recommendations for senior audiences.
  • •Exceptional written and verbal communication, with experience producing materials for executive and Board-level audiences.
  • •Strong stakeholder engagement across business, technology and external partnerships to align innovation with bank priorities.
  • •Working knowledge of artificial intelligence and its practical application in financial services, plus understanding of how strategic AI/technology partnerships are governed and realized in a regulated organization.
