Job Summary

Deliver construction equipment safely and on time while using real-time fleet and delivery information provided through the company’s technology. You’ll operate a commercial vehicle in compliance with state and federal transportation laws, manage loading/unloading with proper signals and equipment, maintain shipping paperwork, and perform routine truck checks and maintenance reporting. The role is based at the rental facility in Hurricane, UT, with a Monday–Friday schedule and possible on-call needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate the vehicle according to applicable state and federal transportation laws.
•Transport loads safely and on time over required routes while obeying traffic laws and safety regulations.
•Maneuver trucks and trailers into loading/unloading areas and follow loading crew signals.
•Assist with loading/unloading and return equipment to designated areas, using specialized equipment when needed.
•Maintain signed invoices and shipping paperwork (bills of lading) and deliver documentation to the shipping office when the route is complete.

Key Requirements

•Must hold either a commercial drivers license (Class A CDL) or a chauffeur’s license appropriate for the vehicle weight.

•Must be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle.
•Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to speak professionally and courteously with customers and staff at delivery points.
