Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee distribution network for Retail & Away From Home channels, ensure warehouse capacity meets business needs, and manage the annual logistics budget.
  • •Maintain transportation and repacking performance, monitor logistics parameters, haulier performance, and prepare tenders with the European procurement team.
  • •Drive cost benefits through supply chain initiatives, lead projects, ensure savings, and benchmark best practices.
  • •Develop and lead the ESG roadmap, focusing on carbon footprint reduction and supply chain losses; represent Kraft Heinz France in external ESG organizations and develop partnerships.
  • •Manage and develop a team of functional experts; participate in the French supply chain leadership team and drive the organizational and people review process.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in economics, business administration, or engineering with a specialization in Supply Chain
  • •Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
  • •Mandatory experience in warehousing and distribution
  • •Fluent in both French and English
  • •Proficient in Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI and SAP
