Production Team Lead

Lead the Fever Originals production team for the Italian market, overseeing all aspects of live experiences from feasibility and planning through venue preparation, budgeting, and delivery. Manage and develop team members, assign work to freelancers, and drive solutions for complex production situations. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, research new vendors and technologies, and support tool/process improvements while helping scale Fever’s Original IPs.
