Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals and order parts.
  • •Diagnose mechanical/electrical/hydraulic/diesel system issues and determine root cause and corrective action.
  • •Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment.
  • •Maintain complete, timely daily paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders).
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts; travel to customer job sites when required and maintain the service vehicle clean and professional.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position.
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools and an understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment and experience in field service, maintenance, and repair (preferred).
  • •Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 to operate a company vehicle.
