Job Summary

Own FP&A for Attentive’s G&A functions, serving as the primary finance partner to Finance, People, Legal, Facilities, and Operations. Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts (headcount, operating expenses, KPIs), run monthly business reviews with variance/driver analysis, and build models and business cases for new investments. Define operational KPIs, improve planning tools and workflows (Anaplan, NetSuite, Excel), and present executive-ready insights to senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary FP&A business partner to leaders across Finance, People, Legal, Facilities, and Operations.
•Own annual budgeting and rolling forecasting for G&A, including headcount, operating expenses, and key performance metrics.
•Lead monthly business reviews using variance and driver analysis to surface risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
•Develop financial models and business cases to evaluate new investments in headcount, software, and strategic initiatives.
•Improve FP&A processes, systems, and tooling (Anaplan, NetSuite, Excel, AI-assisted workflows) and present insights to senior leaders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, investment banking, strategy consulting, private equity, or business operations.
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field preferred.
•Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills, with experience building scalable, auditable financial models with clear assumptions.
•Excellent presentation skills using PowerPoint and/or Google Slides to translate complex analyses into executive-ready narratives.
•Experience with Snowflake, Looker (or similar BI tools), Anaplan, Salesforce (SFDC), and AI tools (Claude or Codex) is a plus.
