Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage projects from pre-construction through final payment, including safety, quality, estimating, and financial results.
  • •Create and maintain project schedules, coordinate internal/external preconstruction planning, and review daily schedules and reporting.
  • •Ensure subcontracts and material purchase orders are submitted and approved, and support monthly estimates and billing meetings.
  • •Lead estimating and bid execution, including preconstruction job rides, bid reviews, and timely submission of bid and post-bid documents.
  • •Audit project safety and quality, participate in learning events and TAR/IPC audits, and coordinate final inspections and substantial completion documentation.
