Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide support to the Chief Internal Auditor and Internal Audit team, collaborating across Blackstone groups locally and internationally.
  • •Manage highly complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate with other assistants for seamless coordination.
  • •Answer calls, serve as gatekeeper, and be the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Prepare, review, and submit complex expense reports with high accuracy and policy compliance.
  • •Greet guests, register them in the visitor system, and coordinate conference room scheduling.
