Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop an understanding of Roblox moderation rules and guidelines.
  • •Identify and engage potential partners in the developer community and maintain a partnership pipeline.
  • •Plan and execute online and offline community events, workshops, and initiatives for developers across regions.
  • •Manage programs from concept through completion by setting goals, tracking milestones, and measuring outcomes.
  • •Support translation and localization to ensure programs, communications, and resources are accessible and culturally relevant.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluency in English and Tagalog.
  • •Be physically located in the Philippines.
  • •Have a strong understanding of Roblox and the Roblox community, including Roblox moderation history.
  • •Demonstrate excellent speaking and writing skills in English and one applied language, plus strong communication and relationship-building (online and offline).
