Key Responsibilities

•Program CNC lathes and mills; develop tooling/set-up plans and tooling standards.
•Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills daily to support production.
•Assist Engineering in manufacturing process improvements related to fixtures and tooling to reduce cost, lead time, and defects, including lean initiatives.
•Support product startups and manufacturing routing changes, ensuring tooling capability and process readiness.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address manufacturing issues and optimize setup, changeover, and throughput.
