Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage Public Trust determinations, including prescreen reviews and coordination of required investigations.
  • •Oversee CJR/CIR processing to ensure timely and accurate case handling.
  • •Provide collateral access support by validating eligibility and documenting access requirements.
  • •Maintain SIMS new-hire and termination records plus debrief updates to ensure lifecycle accuracy.
  • •Execute DISS updates (visit requests, status changes, incident documentation) and coordinate badging operations, foreign travel reporting, and NATO renewals/debriefs.

Salary: USD 85,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5–8 years personnel/industrial security experience supporting cleared and Public Trust populations, or equivalent case management experience.
  • •Working knowledge of SIMS (or comparable security record systems) and familiarity with DISS updates and clearance verification workflows.
  • •Hands-on experience with prescreen processing, foreign travel/NATO cycles, and badging operations in a high-volume environment.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Excel) and strong written and verbal communication for meticulous record-keeping.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply corporate security policies (SPP) and follow customer requirements communicated by Contracts/Programs.
