Supervisor, Histology

Lead and oversee the Histology lab and Signatera team, supervising tissue processing, staining, and preparation for pathologist review. Responsible for daily operations, QA, staff training, workflow optimization, and compliance with CLIA/CAP regulations to ensure timely, accurate test results in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with pathology and cross-functional teams, manage scheduling, and drive continuous process improvements.
