Key Responsibilities

  • •Support daily production issues at the test floor and wafer probe, including low-yield analysis and setup failure debug/analysis and resolution (hardware and software).
  • •Conduct analytical studies on issues and coordinate with product engineering teams to drive improvements in test programs and hardware/setups.
  • •Drive productivity improvement projects such as yield improvement, test time reduction, test insertion/removal, legacy tester conversion.
  • •Support new product release from the development site, including buyoff for new test systems per manufacturing requirements.
  • •Lead and support introduction of new tools/equipment/test processes, managing qualification and change management approvals.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience as a Product Engineer at the wafer/device level.
  • •BS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related engineering field.
  • •Experience with 5+ years of product/process integration engineering in a fab environment.
  • •Extensive device physics and fab process knowledge.
  • •Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
