Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage compressor ETO and DTO design activities for La Crosse and Monterrey factories.
  • •Own factory input to compressor development MRDs related to ETO capability and constraints.
  • •Own the ETO compressor development business case from concept through implementation and ensure timely BOS task execution.
  • •Collaborate with ACC design leaders and cross-functional teams to align ETO requirements, testing needs, and deliverables.
  • •Drive speed, rigor, and discipline in ETO execution while ensuring performance, reliability, manufacturability, and quality; communicate risks, decisions, and status.

Key Requirements
