Job Summary

Support American Airlines’ Corporate Communications team within the Global Engagement organization, crafting clear narratives for internal and external audiences. Translate digital, customer experience, and sales initiatives—including Wi‑Fi upgrades, onboard and interior retrofit programs, and commercial strategy—into compelling communications. Partner across DCX, CX, and Sales to align messaging, educate media, manage sensitive issues with fast deadlines, and drive accurate, timely brand and reputation protection.

•Plan communications and business education campaigns to help stakeholders understand business decisions and partnership value propositions.
•Educate media, develop and maintain reporter relationships, and act as a spokesperson; provide subject-matter support during sensitive, fast-moving issues.
