Key Responsibilities

  • •Take end-to-end ownership of epics and initiatives within the platform — from understanding requirements through solution design, implementation and operation.
  • •Design, code, test, document and refactor complex software, choosing the right approach and applying engineering standards and tools.
  • •Propose, own and implement technical improvements (e.g. monitoring, system stability, reliability, operability) balancing impact and cost.
  • •Build and operate the platform reliably: define and track SLAs/SLOs, reduce incidents and toil, and automate operational work.
  • •Lead code reviews for peers and contribute to the platform’s technical roadmap, aligned with the domain strategy and in close collaboration with the platform owner.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience
  • •~5 years of IT experience across the full product development lifecycle, including building and operating services in production
  • •Strong software engineering fundamentals: Go, TypeScript/Node.js or Java/Spring Boot
  • •Cloud-native foundations: containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and AWS
  • •Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), GitHub Actions, Helm, and awareness of DORA metrics, observability and incident response
