Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct accurate vehicle assessments and document cosmetic and mechanical conditions for appraisal analysis.
  • •Ensure accurate vehicle optioning and inventory updates during assessments.
  • •Perform high-quality imaging of wholesale vehicles for CarMax websites and support wholesale auction preparation and operations.
  • •Complete vehicle secures and confirmations, verifying appraisal details and resolving discrepancies.
  • •Assist with inventory management, customer transfers, and lot merchandising, and collaborate to onboard new associates.
