Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare monthly Food & Beverage forecasts and cost reports.
  • •Monitor Food & Beverage expenses and costs across outlets through analysis of daily sales, purchases, requisitions, and consumption.
  • •Produce daily food cost reports and identify menu costing and control issues when the Head Cost Controller is absent.
  • •Review ticket voids, promotions, and other Food & Beverage activities to ensure proper controls.
  • •Audit menu prices in Micros against actual printed menus for all outlets and carry out monthly inventory in outlets and cost centers.

Key Requirements

  • •Effectively supervise team members.
  • •Thorough knowledge of Food & Beverage outlet operations, including food, beverages, and inventory controls.
  • •Analyze complex financial information to create reports, forecasts, and projections.
  • •Prioritize and organize workload to meet deadlines.
  • •Skilled in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, spreadsheet and database programs, and Outlook/Email system.
