Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee long-range planning, annual operating planning, and rolling quarterly forecasts.
  • •Develop and present internal and external reporting packages for executive leadership, investors, lenders, and the Board.
  • •Evaluate financial viability and strategic fit of new product launches, international expansion, M&A, and business model evolutions.
  • •Lead teams responsible for data infrastructure, advanced modeling, and predictive analytics with a focus on data integrity and execution speed.
  • •Partner across HR, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to embed analytics into everyday decision-making workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in an executive leadership role within a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
  • •Deep understanding of SaaS subscription models, revenue recognition, pipeline mechanics, and operational KPIs.
  • •Expert proficiency with corporate planning platforms, ERPs, CRMs, and analytics tools (preference with Anaplan, NetSuite, Salesforce, Xactly, Excel, and Tableau).
  • •Proven ability to build, mentor, and develop high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams while communicating complex concepts clearly to technical teams and C-suite/Board stakeholders.
