Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly supervise, mentor, and collaborate with engineering managers and directors supporting international markets.
  • •Set strategy and drive execution for Clio’s international expansion, including building regulatory, business, and cultural foundations.
  • •Stand up the teams, processes, and operating model required to support growth, including in new markets.
  • •Partner with Product Management and Product Design to envision, develop, and deliver the international expansion roadmap.
  • •Champion the shift to an AI-native engineering culture and work with recruiting/people to hire top talent.
