Job Summary

Own technical responsibility for oil and gas properties in the Montney region, partnering with asset, field operations, and engineering/geo teams to design, implement, and operate wells, gathering systems, and production facilities. Drive workovers, facility modifications, cost optimization, and capital projects while monitoring results against budgets. Build production forecasts and operating budgets, support reserves reviews, and evaluate potential acquisitions/divestitures when needed.

•Provide technical responsibility for oil and gas properties, supporting design, implementation, and operation of wells, gathering systems, and production facilities.
•Work with field operations and tech staff to optimize wells, gathering systems, and facilities to maximize production and minimize costs.
•Initiate and drive workovers and facility modifications; track spending and production impact from optimization projects.
•Manage capital projects safely, on time, and within budget, ensuring value to the property.
•Develop production forecasts and operating budgets consistent with area development and capital plans, and assist with reserves and acquisition/divestiture evaluations.

•Experience in sweet and sour oil and gas production environments.
•Strong knowledge of gathering systems and gas compression facilities.
•Experience with downhole work and artificial lift systems.
