Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and continuously develop scope, approach, scenarios, and test designs for bank readiness tests with relevant value streams and program goals.
  • •Translate business processes, transformation requirements, and migration objectives into end-to-end test scenarios in collaboration with Business Architects and Delivery Management.
  • •Build a structured approach for test design, test preparation, execution, and reporting across multiple platforms and applications.
  • •Ensure appropriate coverage of end-to-end bank processes, including dependencies and integration points across business areas, applications, and platforms.
  • •Moderate stakeholder workshops across business, technology, testing, and delivery, and coordinate test activities across international, cross-functional teams, including readiness and governance inputs.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in large-scale banking or financial services transformation programs, ideally as a Test Lead, Test Manager, or Test Architect.
  • •Strong end-to-end knowledge of core banking areas such as Core Banking, Payments, Lending, and Finance.
  • •Methodical expertise in test strategy, test design, test planning, and test execution.
  • •Proven experience defining and coordinating end-to-end test scenarios across multiple domains in complex multi-platform/multi-application environments.
  • •Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation, with strong German and English communication (written and spoken).
