•Grow the business via retention, expansion, and acquisition, leading the branch team to meet activity, behavior, and outcome expectations.
•Lead, recruit, develop, and coach the branch sales team; manage scheduling and deploy coverage to other branches as needed.
•Provide direction to ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and internal controls, including timely completion of branch operations tasks.
•Engage in outside calling to small business clients and manage partnerships and COIs to drive client acquisition and deepen relationships.

Salary: USD 69,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of sales experience with demonstrated ability to lead and coach a successful sales team.
•3+ years of small business deposit/credit experience and familiarity with small business operations.
•General understanding of financial statements and concepts.
•Demonstrated understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
•Demonstrated ability to leverage Centers of Influence (COIs) and communicate effectively with strong public speaking skills.
