•Collaborate with the R&D team to escalate product issues and ensure timely resolution.
•Work independently and with other team members to address customer needs and issues.
•Provide training and methodology support to customers and internal teams.
•Drive technology campaigns and demonstrate Cadence technology to customers to reinforce Cadence as a key contributor to customer success.
