Manufacturing Engineer

Develop and maintain manufacturing methods, operating sequences, and processes for parts through final assemblies, coordinating with other engineering teams to release product improvements and new products. Drive operational excellence by estimating and reducing manufacturing/product costs, improving quality, and establishing time standards. Create and evaluate test procedures, perform root-cause analysis and PFMEA, and provide reports. Mentor and train junior engineers in a lean, continuous-improvement environment.
