Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage international customer orders and transports.
  • •Create and review export and shipping documents to ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
  • •Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, and authorities and monitor delivery dates and transport processes.
  • •Handle legally compliant customs and export processing, including origin/preference proof checks and sanction/embargo compliance.
  • •Serve as a point of contact for customs and foreign trade topics, collaborate with Supply Chain/Warehouse/Customer Service, and support audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed commercial training or training in logistics, foreign trade, or a comparable qualification.
  • •Multi-year experience in import, export, customs, or international goods transport.
  • •Good knowledge of customs and foreign trade regulations.
  • •Experience with international shipping and export documentation.
  • •Secure knowledge of Incoterms® 2020.
