Relationship Banker or Senior Relationship Banker - Kenyon Square "bilingual (Spanish) preferred"

Provide in-person and phone client service while building and expanding new and existing client relationships. Conduct consultative conversations to understand consumer and small business needs, advise on consumer lending options, and take loan applications. Cross-train for teller duties as needed, support the retail community bank sales process, meet client service and branch sales targets, and maintain compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
