Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare for your day by reviewing your schedule and ensuring you have proper supplies and PPE.
  • •Travel to patients’ homes within your assigned service area.
  • •Provide scheduled services including blood draws, vitals, height and weight measurements, urine collection, and support with Annual Wellness Visits.
  • •Accurately document each patient visit using Sprinter technology.
  • •Properly label, handle, and transport specimens for lab drop-off or shipment.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong phlebotomy skills, including experience with challenging sticks.
  • •Patient-facing healthcare experience as a Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant, LPN, or LVN in a home setting (preferred).
  • •Current BLS certification.
  • •Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a personal, reliable vehicle.
  • •Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., with ability to drive before 7:00 a.m.
