Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the relationship team with sales presentations, annual wealth reviews, and materials for client meetings.
  • •Own onboarding and follow-up, including scheduling meetings, coordinating new client onboarding, and tracking next steps.
  • •Coordinate account and lending operations, including opening new deposit accounts and supporting lending operations (ROE calculation, underwriting support, ordering closing documents).
  • •Maintain the customer relationship management system (Salesforce) and task queue, supporting data quality and service task routing.
  • •Identify opportunities to retain and expand relationships through proactive outreach, events, education on digital resources, and escalation of client issues when needed.

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
  • •A minimum of 3 years related work experience or equivalent combination of work/educational background.
  • •General knowledge of financial services and wealth management.
  • •Demonstrated proficiency in client service, including handling client/prospect inquiries and relationships, with strong communication skills.
  • •Ability to exercise discretion when accessing and handling highly sensitive information and to learn proprietary software and systems.
