•Lead discovery sessions, design workshops, and demonstrations for enterprise customers, translating business goals into actionable technical architectures.
•Partner with Account Executives for complex territory navigation, RFP responses, and winning strategies for high-value solutions.
•Design and deliver compelling PoC solutions and demonstrations that resonate with C-suite executives.
•Architect end-to-end solutions leveraging company products tailored to IT/ITES and TMT business processes.
•Coach and mentor junior Solution Engineers, sharing best practices in storytelling, technical architecture, and value-based selling.

•15+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, Technical Consulting, or implementation of high-value customer engagement solutions.

•Executive presence with excellent presentation and storytelling skills to influence business and technology leaders.
•Strong grasp of APIs, data architecture, integrations, and cloud-native platforms; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
