Key Responsibilities

  • •Update and implement the product line strategic vision by identifying internal/external needs, growth opportunities, and strategic investment plans.
  • •Develop retailer-specific category growth strategies (assortment, shelving, merchandising, product innovation) informed by market research and consumer trends.
  • •Create and execute 1-year and 3-year product roadmaps, define next-generation products, allocate technical resources, and oversee new product launches and customer promotions.
  • •Manage product and customer pricing and profit, monitor market pricing and competition, lead cost-reduction efforts, and address margin erosion on mature items.
  • •Partner with Sales to deliver joint business plans and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve quality initiatives and define service and packaging requirements for new/modified products.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of Product Management experience in manufacturing or equivalent combined commercial and finance experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (MBA preferred).
  • •Strong category analysis and category management skills, with understanding of P&L and how commercial/operational actions impact it.
  • •Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product development and commercialization in partnership with Sales, Technical, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain.
  • •High proficiency with MS Office and strong communication, organizational, and meeting facilitation skills, with ability to travel up to 30%.
