Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement advanced GenAI solutions using LLMs, Transformers & Prompt engineering
  • •Own the full lifecycle: from problem scoping & model design to deployment & post-production optimization
  • •Build & maintain reusable frameworks, pipelines, & prompt libraries
  • •Participate in code reviews & contribute to maintaining high code quality standards
  • •Conduct research & experimentation to evaluate new techniques in GenAI & NLP space

Key Requirements

  • •5–10 years of experience in Data Science - NLP, with at least 2 years in GenAI/LLMs
  • •Proficiency in Python, SQL & ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face)
  • •Hands-on experience with GenAI tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG pipelines, Prompt Engineering & vector databases (e.g., FAISS, ChromaDB)
  • •Strong understanding of NLP techniques including embeddings, topic modeling, text classification, semantic search, summarization, Q&A, chatbots
  • •Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines and integrating LLMs via Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI or AWS Bedrock
  • •Ability to work independently & drive projects end-to-end from development to production
  • •Strong problem-solving, data storytelling & communication skills
  • •Mentor junior team members & contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives
