Lead global program governance for Retail Banking Group’s digital initiatives, ensuring standardized delivery frameworks, controls, reporting, and decision-making across regions and markets. Oversee end-to-end digital release management within RBG Digital’s SDLC, including release approvals, readiness reviews, dependency management, and deployment controls. Run governance forums and executive reporting, manage escalations and risk mitigations, and drive continuous improvement through feedback loops from releases, incidents, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure strong program governance across strategic digital initiatives for RBG, overseeing end-to-end digital release management across all regions and markets.
•Establish and manage standardized delivery frameworks, controls, reporting structures, and decision-making processes aligned to organizational objectives and delivery standards.
•Lead program management activities including planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting (status, quality, risk) in an Agile approach.
•Design and implement release management policies, facilitate release governance meetings, and drive readiness decisions for risks, dependencies, and approvals.
•Oversee compliance for releases (change management, risk controls, audit/security standards), manage escalations, and run post-release reviews with lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Postgraduate degree with 15+ years in diverse banking departments, with strong knowledge of digital/tech delivery program governance and enterprise delivery frameworks.
•Strong operational governance knowledge including RCSA, SOP management, risk management, audit, and compliance frameworks.
•Understand technical/digital solutions and implications, with functional and technology knowledge of major banking applications.
•Strong stakeholder management skills and a focused mindset on governance, compliance, and controls.
•Experience in an Agile environment as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master, including defining MVPs, OKRs, and incremental deliveries.
