Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage structural engineering projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, regulatory standards, and project timelines.
  • •Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • •Conduct detailed structural analysis and design, including seismic and stress analysis, to ensure robust engineering solutions.
  • •Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and calculations to uphold accuracy and adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • •Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to integrate structural engineering solutions within overall project requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
  • • Chartered Engineer (CEng) status with membership in MICE or MIStructE.
  • • Demonstrable expertise in one or more specialised areas relevant to the engineering discipline, with a proven track record of applying specialist knowledge effectively.
  • • Ability to provide strategic guidance informed by extensive project experience across a portfolio, directing and influencing projects and programs.
  • • Leadership capabilities in a key engineering function, responsible for managing resources and expertise.
