Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain the company’s SOX key and non-key controls and flowcharts in Workiva, including executing periodic reviews with control owners.
  • •Support scoping, materiality, and risk assessment for internal control over financial reporting.
  • •Work with internal and external auditors to support SOX control testing procedures.
  • •Evaluate root causes and financial statement impact of SOX control deficiencies and partner to develop and track remediation plans.
  • •Coordinate and monitor completion of quarterly SOX section 302/906 certifications and obtain/assess SOC 1 reports from service providers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university required, with concentration in Accounting preferred.
  • •CPA, CIA, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • •Four or more years of general accounting experience required; public accounting experience preferred.
  • •Previous experience with US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley, PCAOB requirements, and the COSO Framework required.
  • •Working knowledge and experience with ITGC preferred.
