•Deliver the world-class ADAS product with the team
•Lead and mentor multi-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing improvements

•Experience in ADAS and autonomous technologies; 15+ years in product management with 8+ years leading a team and 7+ years in the automotive or related fields
•Ability to bring high-level ADAS concepts to production from scratch; familiarity with software development processes and infrastructure management
•Strong ownership, problem-solving from the user perspective, and a deep understanding of user experience; excellent analytical abilities for data-driven decisions
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; proven ability to lead, coach, and foster growth of team members
•Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation abilities in English
