Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the first point of contact for customers and claimants attending functional assessments, ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • •Prepare and run daily assessment sessions, maintaining appointment capacity and keeping waiting times within 30 minutes.
  • •Coordinate telephone, video, and face-to-face assessments by maintaining contact with customers and functional assessors to avoid cancellations.
  • •Work with scheduling back-office teams to fully manage Health Professionals’ diaries and ensure no empty appointments.
  • •Ensure the site is ready each day (equipment/supplies/appearance), perform general administration, and provide support to functional assessors.

Key Requirements

  • •Required to undergo and successfully gain a BPSS security clearance check.
  • •Experience working effectively in a customer-facing environment.

  • •Strong planning, organization, and attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and meeting appointment capacity.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
