Key Responsibilities

•Manage daily operations at the Beauty, Skin and Fragrance Studio, ensuring coordinators and studio staff are trained to run services day to day.
•Oversee the client experience by managing the services online reservation system, including advisor availability and class schedules, and ensuring efficient client check-in.
•Execute training and development for beauty advisors, including new-hire training and orientation/selling model sessions.
•Maintain visual merchandising standards on the sales floor, including merchandising flips and ensuring replenishment when inventory is added.
•Support vendor and brand management by ensuring beauty advisors engage store brands and by coaching and collecting feedback on brand training effectiveness.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 54,800 - 68,500

Key Requirements

•Two to four years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store (or equivalent internal experience).
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
•Proven ability to create and lead teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver client service.
