Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote safety & awareness by leading or joining meetings and training to reinforce asset protection and safety protocols.
  • •Maintain a strong store presence by spending 75–80% of time on the selling floor to deter theft and support a safe environment.
  • •Partner with leadership to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives across managers.
  • •Monitor and investigate losses using CCTV and reporting tools, including incident de-escalation.
  • •Execute audits and prepare asset protection reports; adhere to asset protection policies and licensing requirements; represent Sephora in court if required.
