Key Responsibilities

•Identify prospective properties of interest and negotiate lease and own acquisitions, dispositions (terminations and subleases/assignments), exercising options and related matters.
•Collaborate with legal, finance and other departments to execute real estate transactions, including terms, timely payment, and required documentation.
•Maintain real estate database/files (hard copy and electronic) to ensure documentation is properly stored and accessible.
•Track and report key property portfolio details such as contact information, area, location, lease provisions, expirations and other critical dates.
•Gather real estate market data to facilitate internal recommendations/decisions and support cross-functional teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Real Estate Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved paralegal program.
•Contract management experience.
