  • •Collect and evaluate end-customer and intermediary feedback to derive requirements.

  • •Coordinate with stakeholders and management and collaborate in interdisciplinary agile teams.
  • •Apply AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, and concept preparation; identify and test new AI-supported working methods in the team.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
  • •Several years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in agile environments, with confident use of agile tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence).
  • •Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • •Knowledge of Allianz Life Insurance sales products and distribution processes (or comparable experience).
  • •Fluent German and English, plus strong AI aptitude for using tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude responsibly (privacy-aware, critical prompting).
