Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day accounting activities to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal policies, SOX controls, and external audits.
  • •Integrate general ledger accounting operations to align global processes across the organisation.
  • •Own the full-cycle general ledger close process, reviewing journal entries and account reconciliations for complete and accurate financials.
  • •Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to streamline accounting operations and close cycles.
  • •Shape accounting policies, SOPs, and monthly variance analysis in partnership with FP&A and Financial Reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive public company accounting experience in a relevant industry, including proven experience managing and developing staff.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, PCAOB standards, and SOX internal controls.
  • •Proven track record managing full-cycle financial close processes and maintaining robust accounting operations.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or ACA/ACCA or equivalent professional experience.
  • •Experience working with financial systems such as NetSuite, Coupa, and GSuite.
