Key Responsibilities

•Manage all aspects of a Media & Entertainment loan portfolio from asset boarding onward, working with Originations, Underwriting, and Servicing teams.
•Serve as the primary credit point of contact for borrowers; review and interpret loan agreements, guarantees, and credit documentation.
•Review, approve, and process loan advance requests and manage adjustments to loan drawdown schedules in collaboration with Loan Servicing.
•Collect, review, and analyze collateral collections and monitor performance versus expected timing; assess interest reserve adequacy and borrowing base trends.
•Prepare quarterly risk reviews and portfolio assessments; evaluate borrower requests and provide guidance, oversight, support, and coaching for team members.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field, and/or 10+ years of relevant lending or portfolio management experience.
•Strong working knowledge of Film, Television, Music, Live Entertainment, and Digital Media sectors.
•Meaningful experience managing borrowing base–governed revolving credit facilities, including industry-specific collateral components and lending structures.
•Solid understanding of commercial lending fundamentals (cash flow analysis, collateral analysis, and loan structuring) plus bank credit policies, portfolio management, and risk management standards.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to interpret complex loan documentation and collateral perfection requirements.
