Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly manage supply of a key outsourced module/component feeding Applied Materials tools.
  • •Provide weekly material health readouts and host supplier material readiness review meetings to ensure availability across locations (including sub-tier components).
  • •Manage market share allocations across assigned suppliers/programs and drive resolution of supplier short shipments through closure.
  • •Execute PO management using MRP (or similar planning systems): process purchase requisitions/change orders, update supplier commits (PO promise date, PROMPT, war room files), and maintain part-level data (lead time, cost).
  • •Coordinate supplier and internal stakeholder discussions for issues gating builds (e.g., BOM inaccuracies, engineering spec waivers, rework orders) and facilitate obsolescence transitions to replacement materials.
