Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform light maintenance, fluid checks, and/or quality inspections on vehicles during the post-production process.
  • •Identify imperfections or repairs needed throughout reconditioning and post-production.
  • •Use state-of-the-art inspection tools in Carvana’s Inspection Centers.
  • •Work scheduled shifts and be able to complete mandatory overtime based on business needs.
  • •Maintain safe working practices using required safety equipment.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 6 months of professional automotive repair experience.
  • •Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment, including exposure to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
  • •Use required safety equipment such as face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and protective garments.
