Assistant Project Controller - Quantity Surveyor

Support project cost and schedule analysis by working with financial systems and processes, researching data, and producing initial analyses for manpower, labor hours, and labor costs against budget limits. Assist with tracking actual costs to funding limitations, purchase orders, subcontract commitments, and expenditures. Build understanding of WBS, earned value concepts, scope control, change management, and scheduling/cost baseline fundamentals while collecting and reviewing progress and performance data.
