Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and manage all aspects of enabling works and utilities for the Entertainment Resort Complex, covering planning, budgeting, scheduling, design, construction, delivery, and commissioning.
  • •Work with UDX leadership and multi-department teams to establish scope and schedule requirements, develop budgets, manage procurement, and complete design, construction, and commissioning.
  • •Manage planning and execution of enabling infrastructure and non-park developments (e.g., mass grading, water management, environmental mitigation, utility supplies, energy and process water facilities, rainwater harvesting).
  • •Ensure project procedures are followed for correspondence, RFIs, directives, drawings, submittals, meeting minutes, trackers, default lists, notices, and pay applications; maintain efficient documentation and records.
  • •Maintain project budget and schedule performance, manage changes to minimize disputes/claims and change orders, and lead EHS responsibilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Construction, Management, or a related field.
  • •Experience in construction project management across engineering, construction, or commercial facilities, including enabling infrastructure delivery.
  • •Experience delivering infrastructure projects through design and construction phases, with strong knowledge of utilities and enabling works (e.g., mass grading, water management, environmental mitigation).
  • •Experience in project scheduling, estimating, bidding, and negotiations, including critical path, site logistics, constructability, and contracts.
  • •Good communications skills and hands-on field leadership, including maintaining accurate documentation and document control.
