Key Requirements

  • •8–10+ years of professional experience in strategy consulting, digital transformation, AI, enterprise technology, or a similarly demanding environment.
  • •Experience operating at Partner, Principal, Engagement Manager, Director, or equivalent level in top-tier consulting or transformation contexts.
  • •Ability to structure ambiguous problems, identify value, and translate strategy into execution through clear plans and operating models.
  • •Experience leading large accounts, complex programs, or senior customer relationships with strong executive/C-level engagement.
  • •Fluency in English; German is a strong plus.
