Job Summary

Work within WSP’s digital innovation team to support Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA) projects, helping define platform-based building solutions across sectors. Contribute to subassembly strategies and libraries using construction and manufacturing software such as Revit and Inventor. Collaborate with engineers and specialists, including MMC and sustainability teams, and help manage DfMA content at a programme level using PLM tools and configurators for live projects that shape how buildings are designed and made.

Key Responsibilities

•Support DfMA and platform-approach building projects within the digital innovation team across multiple sectors.
•Develop subassembly strategies, including libraries of subassemblies, using Revit and Inventor.
•Collaborate with WSP engineers and specialists, including MMC and sustainability teams.
•Work at programme level to manage DfMA content using PLM tools and configurators.
•Assist with solving design complexities and contributing to overall project phases under the project lead.

Key Requirements

•An architectural or architectural technology degree.
•B.Arch/Structures education.
•Experience working as part of an architectural design team and delivering complex technical solutions.
•Strong technical design knowledge, including UK construction methodology.
•Fluency in English (oral and written) and excellent conceptual, verbal, and written communication skills.
